#Growns we want you to get hip, if you haven’t already to “Perfect Love” – a collaboration with keyboardist/producer Rachel Eckroth (Chris Botti, Rufus Wainwright, KT Tunstall) and longtime friend to GFM Sy Smith. As you scan the credits below please realize that this is a production made in the Quarantine Era, a global effort enlisting creatives from LA to Pittsburgh to NYC to Bogota. There is a wonderful marriage here between the visual and the auditory, the musical colors realized in the visual, in a word simpatico.
“Perfect Love” contains a light(not weight but knowledge) of optimism and hope. During the 4:05 contained herein you just might be able to take that time out of your day and unload the heavy, open the blinds either literally or the blinds of your thoughts and let the rays of what Rachel Eckroth and Sy Smith are doing here give you a lift. Wouldn’t it be oh so lovely to have someone reveal their perfect love to you? I think the first step would be to hear about what it might be like by listening to “Perfect Love” from Rachel Eckroth feat. Sy Smith.
