Make Room’s intimate ³Concerts for the 1st² feature top musical talent performing in living rooms across America. The campaign kicked off May 1 in Los Angeles with a living room performance by Carly Rae Jepsen. Each month, Make Room releases documentary footage and Concerts for the 1st footage to spotlight a family struggling to afford rent. About Timothy Bloom:
Timothy Bloom is a two-time Grammy award-winning singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist, and producer. The son of pastors, he grew up in North Carolina with music surrounding him. He debuted as a collaborative songwriter, co-writing a pair of songs with Smokey Robinson, “My World” and “Fallin’,” both of which were included on Robinson’s 2005-released My World:
The Definitive Collection. He finally broke through as a solo artist in 2011 with The Budding Rose, an EP led by the stunning ballad “‘Til the End of Time,” a duet with Veronika Bozeman promoted with an equally striking video.
