Posts like these really write themselves… here’s some great music from an album that is not only from one of my favorite musicians to listen to I also admire Tim Dillinger for the person he is and the love and courage that he illuminates in his walk and creative output. When you hear great music that you’ve never experienced before no matter when it was created the experience is new to you. So even though this project was released in 2004 the message of love and light and the aural experience is right now as soon as you press play and even better this experience you can take with you by hitting the download button.
Ivan Orr is a multi-instrumentalist, composer, performer, and writer. A native of Charlottesville, Virginia Ivan was involved with the forming and nascent days of The Music Resource Center as its first Program Director. A graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University’s Department of Music, Ivan currently resides in Richmond, VA where he maintains an active performance and production schedule while serving as the Music Editor for Grown Folks Music, a position he has held since 2010.
