Special shout for feature of two great musical friends who are still putting it down. So, after you press play ask the question: We see it can be done so why is there not more of this in our lives? Ivan Orr is a multi-instrumentalist, composer, performer, and writer. A native of Charlottesville, Virginia Ivan was involved with the forming and nascent days of The Music Resource Center as its first Program Director. A graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University’s Department of Music, Ivan currently resides in Richmond, VA where he maintains an active performance and production schedule while serving as the Music Editor for Grown Folks Music, a position he has held since 2010.
Is this a new song it sounds good. Both kenny loggins and Michael McDonald still sound good. I never heard of thunder cat.
It’s new. Thundercat has been around for a min though. He has kind of that alternative funk style. Our DJ Beni could tell you best…she introduced us to him.
Ok great i hope to learn more about them and their music hopefully they keep making songs like this one and get more old school artists to work with.
