GFM Fam wanted to put you up on a highly anticipated album due out in March 2012 from Candice Anitra entitled Big Tree. With Joel Hamilton (Elvis Costello, Nina Simone, Blakroc, Dub Trio, Matisyahu, Talib Kweli, Soulive, Lettuce) handling the production duties and mastering by Brian Gardner the set is sure to be a sonic treat. Also, GFM Fam in the NYC area Candice Anitra will be performing Dec 2nd at Le Poisson Rouge(Kevin Powell Holiday Party) and Feb 10th at the Apollo Music Café. GFM Philly Fam can catch Candice Anitra at Warm Daddy’s March 30th and 31st. Be on the lookout for the first video from the project to be released on V-Day called “Love Sick”.
