The Cover
Our favorite guys from Gary take on our AOM and Funkadelic with a cover of their 1970 cut which sounds somewhat like a sound that was dominating the airwaves at the time: Norman Whitfield’s Psychedelic, Multi-Layered Vocal and Instrumental Funk. When you get down to it, it was all Detroit influencing each other to come up with tightest groove. I love that type of inspiration and competition and the folks who truly benefit are the listeners. Groove On!
