Often, as we move further away in time it is very easy for us to speak about someone’s body of work in very, very broad general terms. Granted Don’t Be Cruel was an album for the ages as far as sales, influence and overall cultural significance. However, 1992’s Bobby contains some solid musical production and probably for any other artist at the time, it would have provided some career defining moments. This is just a commentary on how it is often obscured by its predecessor.
