Aaron Camper is currently touring the country as part of Justin Timberlake’s support for his “20/20/ Experience Tour”, but while most of the singers and musicians will be recovering from tonight’s performance at the Wells Fargo Center here in Philadelphia, Camper will take the stage at World Café Live to get up and do his thing. Camper has spent the last few years learning from the likes of Timberlake, Chris Brown, Jill Scott and others while providing his voice for backing vocals and his pen for lyrics.
The experience gleaned from the miles on the road and the hours in the studio have resulted in a high-impact show that allows Camper to showcase his many talents and diverse musical library. In addition to the superstars he’s worked with, Camper performs under the tutelage of Adam Blackstone and his BASSic Black Entertainment, while being mentored by R&B virtuoso Eric Roberson who’s hosting the show Wednesday night.
Briclyn Entertainment and Singersroom.com has assembled a lineup of talent amongst the best in Philly this year to set the stage for Aaron Camper. Astronauts Really Fly is a band that blurs the lines between genres and will definitely amp up the energy of the night, while the introspective lyrics and superb musicianship of Kontraband 215 are perfectly aligned with the vibe of the night. Rounding out the card is Phoenix, the fiery R&B singer, who is the first artist signed to Beast Mode Entertainment (founded by NFL champion Raheem Brock).
DJ Aktive will navigate the night musically, as Aaron Camper and company prepare to entertain, engage and enlighten Philadelphia with music you’ll feel to you core. Put on your dancing shoes and prepare a sick day for Thursday to rest; there will be no rest for the headliner though, he’ll be off to the next city with Justin Timberlake and the Tennessee Kids.
There are still a limited number of tickets available and they can be purchased here or at the World Café Live box office.
