GFM had the immense pleasure of speaking with Mr. Kenny Lattimore. During the beginning of the interview Mr. Lattimore discusses his new music label “Sincere Soul” and his recent duets with both Lalah Hathaway and Kelly Price. During our conversation Mr. Lattimore also provides amazing insight regarding the inner workings of the music business, and it is apparent that he is passionate about both his music and his “Kenny Lattimore Foundation”. GFM appreciates Mr. Lattimore’s transparency about the realities of the music business, and this interview is suggested listening for anyone seriously considering a career in the music industry.

Check out “Find A Way”, the new single and video by Kenny Lattimore. It’s good to see Kenny Lattimore back on the scene and it’s great that he came with a current sound for the track instead of reheating something from the 90′s, but his voice gets a little lost in it. There doesn’t seem to be any room for him to actually sing. If Kenny’s name wasn’t attached to the record, then it wouldn’t be certain that listeners would know he’s the one singing it. It could be any of the current male R&B vocalists. That could be a problem for Kenny Lattimore fans who have been waiting to hear his voice. Hopefully the next single will really showcase it.
