Angela Johnson has reached into her vaults to mine especially for your listening pleasure a Baker’s Dozen plus one worth of tracks that have been re-imagined by a stellar cast of remixers which include Angela herself.

The set comprises what I would call “music for every hour of the floor” and what I mean by that is in my much younger years, I noticed that certain DJ would often have an hour or half-hour devoted to devotees of a particular genre. Hour one might be more Hip Hop and R&B flavored but as the night wore on there would be time set aside for House/Club, Reggae, Go-Go and so on. As my favorite tomato sauce states “It’s in there” and if you are looking for a musical set that has many great looks that will take you sonically into a variety of spaces and places Revised, Edited & Flipped has all of the necessary ingredients “in there” to do it!
