Big Boi – Sir Lucious Leftfoot…. The Son of Chico Dusty

Tuesday, July 6th, 2010

The often delayed, much anticipated project from Big Boi, Sir Lucious Left Foot…The Son Of Chico Dusty is here. Big Boi f/Andre 3000 & Sleepy Brown – Lookin’ 4 Ya!

Tuesday, June 8th, 2010

We usually don’t post many leaks or play the daily artist “drip drip drip leak” game, however, for this one we’ll make an exception.  No word on whether this will make the final cut for Big Boi’s upcoming album, Sir Lucius Leftfoot: The Legend of Chico Dusty (love that title)!, but it’s dope, so enjoy it now.

For more on the Jive/Industry BS politics surrounding Andre’s participation in the album, check out this interview courtesy of Hip Hop Site. Props to Big Boi for taking matters into his own hands and giving the people what they want. At the end of the day, isnt’ that what it’s all about??

It’s everything you would expect from Janelle. Directed by Wendy Morgan (Gnarls Barkley, Dragonette), this video manages to capture the energy of the song and showcases her dancing and incredible live performance skills. And, with Big Boi on top, what else do you want?? The album, Arch Android, is scheduled for release in May.
