Talk about truth in advertising… if you wanted to know what does Honey Larochelle sound like, you need to look no further than aptly given professional moniker: Honey. Warm, rich and soothing it makes perfect sense that she is an in-demand background singer, producer, arranging, and writer. Having shared the stage with music industry luminaries such as Brand New Heavies and Joss Stone, Omar and Roberta Flack the demands of which barely left Honey anytime to explore her inner muse. Fortunately for us Honey’s time and sound has come in the form of her debut album The Yes Feeling out tomorrow March 19th.
Check out some of the clips from the project after the jump as well as the album cover which enabled to take you to a point of purchase. In these very pages we often lament about the lack, Honey Larochelle is not an artist that would be in that category. This type of music, from this type of artist is just what we need to take us into a new season, perhaps with birds, bees, flowers oh and yeah some Honey.
