G Koop & O-man Ep. 18/19/20
Wanted to put up a triple play today of one of my favorite web series brought to you by G Koop & O-man. What I love about their approach to music making is that in my opinion they put the music first. You have to put the time and the homework in just to even get to the level where you understand how important it is just to respect the music. As a viewer, their respect for the process of music making is very evident and the results they get I believe are a direct product of that perspective. Enjoy! Ivan Orr is a musician/social critic whose creative output runs the gamut from provocative to entertaining. A graduate of Virginia Commonwealth University’s Department of Music, Ivan holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Music(Jazz Studies Emphasis) with a minor in African American Studies. During the 1990’s and early 2000’s Ivan was involved with The Music Resource Center in Charlottesville, VA.

Just wanted to say thanks for the love. We’re excited to have finished Season One with an epic two-part season finale featuring Ammbush, Izrell, DaVinci, Moe Green, Marc Stretch, Passwurdz, Lush One, Mistah Fab, and Casual — all over a remixed Taylor Eigsti piano exploration.
